1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged due to misuse or not in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used malas, attars, dhoop, or personal care items for hygiene and spiritual purity reasons.
- Digital items or spiritual books (unless damaged upon delivery).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
