1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used malas, attars, dhoop, or personal care items for hygiene and spiritual purity reasons.
  • Digital items or spiritual books (unless damaged upon delivery).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
