About these terms

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy from kelikunjvrindavan.com, which is run by Keli Kunj Vrindavan Private Limited, Jadaun Parking, Near NRI Green, Sunrakh Road, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281121, India.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Delivery Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Our products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look a little different on your screen. [Confirm and edit: Products made by hand or from natural materials can vary slightly in size, colour and fragrance from batch to batch]

Prices and taxes

Placing an order and acceptance

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

• You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, PayPal and PhonePe.
• You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.
• If money is taken from your account but your order is not confirmed, please contact us. We will confirm the order or refund you to the same payment method.

Delivery

We deliver as explained in our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to you, and they become yours once we have received full payment.

Cancelling an order

Returns and refunds

Using our products safely

• Never leave burning agarbatti or dhoop unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
• Attar and other perfumed oils are for external use. Do a small patch test first, and do not use them if you are allergic to any ingredient.
• Check the product page and packaging for ingredients and instructions before use.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably have expected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be decided by the courts at [Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Please confirm with your lawyer], subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
